I am terribly disappointed with this product. When I connected all the power cords to light up the final product, I discovered that there were no batteries in the battery compartment. The product image is this thumbnail with the light on. Why does it not contain battery power?

An excellent set that can be made as shown in the picture. Some kits can only be completed by a professional level builder or a very experienced person. Not so with this one. Follow the directions and take your time, and your finished result will be indistinguishable from a boxshot. Use silicon glue and good tools and you should be fine.

A part was broken but I skipped it (hence 4 stars instead of 5). It was difficult even for a complete beginner, but it was fun! Please note that batteries are not included; The seller says so and the 1 star reviews about no batteries make no sense to me.

I love these sets! I've bought several and each one is fun to build and looks amazing when finished! Kits come quickly and with all parts included instructions! The customer support is amazing! They respond to my emails almost immediately and willingly accommodate my request even though the "problem" is my fault! I will definitely continue to buy products from this company and I highly recommend them!
