It's so hard to return the right size! I wanted this hat but it was too big. Now I have to send it back at my expense! Do not waste your time ordering from this website or company! I've been waiting for the package for a long time! Not comfortable at all. After all, isn't this online order about saving time and customer convenience?!?! Well, now I'm stuck with a hat that's too big and of poor quality. Don't waste lime. You're not really saving time or money.

sizing chart says S-Medium fits 7-1/2 but I wear 7-1/4 pouches for uniforms so I bought these thinking they would be perfect but instead they were they VERY EXTREMELY tight. I would recommend getting a size up if you are over 6-3/4. Also, the hat is oddly shaped for some reason too. It may be because he's so small but he's also very tall like he's shrinking to my ears, he still looks silly like I'm wearing a brimmed top hat.

Sample looks good and goes perfectly with OCP. I love flexfit hats and they cover the head well for us bald guys. The underside of the beak is black, but it's not listed in the AF registry, so it should be fine. One thing to watch out for if you're planning on wearing this in an AF uniform: it doesn't have one Velcro at back for your name sash. Velcro pads that I got from some other name tapes. Overall this cap is great and I have no complaints.

It's really cool but I asked before I bought it and they told me the glow on the bottom is camouflaged. That's not the case. This is the black fabric at the bottom of the bill.
