Pros
- How simple everything is with no complicated steps required whatsoever; also that multiple people from different departments within your business group will benefit too instead just only IT staff who would normally deal solely alone..it brings everyone together making work easier overall :) Also being able access files remotely if necessary makes life much simpler than using email attachments where these may get lost along through time causing confusion later downthe line especially during long periods off absence.also
