Type of review

While the Flexzilla hoses I've used at work are great, the hose I recently bought for home use formed after the first use Air trapped in my skin and started tearing causing the hose to leak. The hose says it is rated for 300psi and has been used at a maximum pressure of 120psi.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I don't really like anything, everything is fine

Failed 3 off-road rides

Bought this tube because of the high reviews, everything was fine until the last ride. Hose rupture when bleeding after driving off-road. the hose broke right after the compressor at the fitting. Luckily we travel in groups and someone else lets me borrow them and finish airing. I would not recommend this hose if you are using a portable compressor and driving off-road.

Pros
  • Trial for a year
Cons
  • No instructions

Useless plastic ends!

This air hose is without a doubt the worst air hose I have ever used and I have used several Let me say this one Hose itself seems ok but the fittings on the ends are hard plastic. When you try to screw in the quick connector there is absolutely no way to tighten the connector as the plastic itself just twists. I have tried teflon tape and liquid teflon, no matter what you do the fittings are breathable, I would advise anyone who has bought this air hose to spray some soapy water on the end of…

Pros
  • EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE - flexible in all weather conditions (-40 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit)
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

No memory, durable.

Not one of the best air hoses, best. I also have Flexzilla garden hoses. It is lighter than my other tubes and is very easy to roll up and use when cold. Very durable. ATTENTION. Can't stand being run over by a snowplow. LAUGH OUT LOUD. When I unraveled it, all I had was a leak from the six or so notches in the outer shell. The hose was pressurized at the time (25 psi) and I have not yet checked the pressure damage record. Ordered repair kits. Just went and took some pics, looks like just a bad

Pros
  • VERSATILE - Use on professional job sites, auto repair shops or in the home garage
Cons
  • No instructions

Excellent hoses

I bought a 50 foot 1/4 inch hose to use with my portable compressor use. I then cut it to 15" and 35" and used Flexzilla replacement end pieces. It worked great. The hose is easily cut with a razor and the spare ends fit perfectly. The interchangeable ends were their pro line so this gave me a great opportunity to compare the pro fitting to the standard fitting. The fittings are made of aluminum on both. I think the only thing that's really different is the strain relief. The Pro is coiled and…

Pros
  • WON'T BEND UNDER PRESSURE - Hybrid polymer curls easily and lays flat with no memory
Cons
  • So far so good
