I love the 7 or 8 mile belt. The material is very comfortable, the size is ok, but as everyone says, if you are on the lower limit of the size, go down. I have a problem in that the seams do not sew. It was too heavy - the elastic is quite thick and the belt construction is four layers, making it thick and heavy.
