🚘 3-Inch Inlet/Outlet Flowmaster 953046 Super 40 Series Muffler Review

Used on a '75 Bronco with a 302 engine with EFI. Sounds like an animal. But it's quieter internally than the previous "non-brand" chambered muffler.

sounds great on my Dodge 5.7 1500. no deletes just replaced the original muffler and now I have a nice deep rumble no cracks or pops.

The love of sound has given my truck balls again lol. Couldn't beat the price compared to the cat back. All I needed was a short extension and I was back in business!

Installed my "Flowmaster 40 series" (aggressive sound) today and it sounds great on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7; very pleased with the quality of the deep rumble. Now my truck has a nice sound like my "Fat Boy" Harley. GRC

Installed on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L Big Horn. I ordered the muffler shop to remove all the stock resonators and crap behind the cat and put the Flowmaster in line. Sounds good! It doesn't make much noise at idle, but when you put your foot in it sounds fantastic! Not sure how it will sound with the stock resonators, it might sound soft and quiet, but I would definitely recommend removing them.

I had this on my Jimmy 91 years ago. I'll change it because it's too loud. Initially I liked the sound and when I step on the gas it sounds amazing, but when I drive on the road its hum and just the volume is outdated. I would only buy this if you are 100% sure you want it loud and loud all the time. If you want to get an idea of how it will sound, cut down your existing muffler and give it a little drive. This is what this one will sound like.
