The platform is very easy to use, with no glitches or technical issues that I've come across thus far during our pilot program! There was some lag time for data entry but this may have been due more so from how my internet connection works at home than anything else - not sure if it's something we need/want fixed though as everything seems smooth otherwise!! Overall great experience working within flowytiy (and their customer support team) overall has exceeded expectations of what they were…

Excellent Food Safety Compliant Tool With Very Friendly User Interface

Easy to use, friendly user interface that is intuitive for both new users as well as experienced ones. The system provides clear reporting capabilities which makes it easy for me to understand what needs improvement from my side or if there are any issues with our processes as per standards set by FDA etc. I have not found anything so far other than minor enhancements required but will definitely look forward to future improvements of this platform. Flowtox has made managing health compliance easier than ever before

I liked how quickly my business could see results of our QA/QC process, whether it was something as simple as cleaning out an area or implementing new processes to ensure that we were doing things correctly. There's nothing really about this software that I disliked, but what did seem like some minor issues with their support team at times. Easy-to navigate and good customer service

I like that it allows me to check off all of my tasks, as well have access from anywhere with internet! The reporting is also very easy for customers who want more detailed information than just yes or no answers (like what was found). Nothing at this time but would love if they had some sorta option where you could pay per task instead of paying monthly - which seems pretty costly when there's so many things we need checked throughout our day every month!! Also not sure how much data storage…
