Great tool and great customer support

I like that it's easy to use for my team in order make training easier as well help with documentation process by creating templates from courses we already have or create new ones when needed! It is free so there are no downsides but you can pay if your organization has budget constraints which will improve overall experience because more features would be available without any cost involved (such us screen recording). This software helps me organize all our trainings material into one place…

  • and have them available almost permanently with the ability to share between the members of my team and to be able to maintain them with ease

  • I dislike that you need to manually create a template of topics when creating a doc for a new topic that will be
