Neon green is not neon, but "fluorescence reflection " is minimal at best

Neon green is a bit disappointing and not as bright as pictured. I would say it's not neon at all. I would choose a different color if I did it again, it would blend into the grass. Also the reflective material is very low. Also, it seems durable and is a good price for the length I need.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Some bugs

Great Paracord (550 Cord)

I have used a lot of paracord during my time in the Marine Corps and the material is of excellent quality. It works well as a stretch for a tent. I chose a reflective and bright yellow so you can see it both at night and during the day. This review is based solely on my own opinion and I am in no way affiliated with the company. This product is durable and really shines!

I ordered 550 Type III reflective fluorescent paracord, actually Coyote Brown reflective paracord, with reflective markings. The color was excellent and I was pleased with how well this cable reflects light even in low light. You can see in the photo where I tested it with a AAA battery powered flashlight and the reflectivity really stands out. I have also been very pleased with the help and responsiveness of the support team and hope to purchase additional paracord in the future.

Worked fine for my use

I don't have any other paracord to compare but this stuff works really well. Seems stiff, a little bulky and a little hard/abrasive but I'm glad I have it. (I've practiced tying knots a lot and it's never scratched my hands or gear, and the reflective thread has held up well.) Have used it to replace tent and hammock tarp guy lines - overkill and thicker than the original Webbing but no problem for that me. . Treated knots well and worked with 3-bolt aluminum spanners (wet/wet too). I decided…

Sticky and wearable best for hunting and fishing

This is my first time using West Coast Paracord. I liked their color choice and bought "Reflective Royal Blue". The 100ft skein of cord came neatly folded in a ziplock plastic bag. The cord is a bit darker than what is shown online in my opinion, but overall it looks similar to other 550 paracords on the market. However, I noticed some differences after using this cord to make some knife lanyards. After a few minutes of tying, the cord became sticky and sticky on my hands. I've also found that…

Excellent!: Hunting and Fishing

I have replaced ALL my tent lines with this line - great reflective line! My 18ft wigwam tent has 10 lead lines, 10 support lines with 10 attached lines. Lots of footage and it was the perfect size but with the added bonus of reflectivity! We couldn't see the baselines in the evenings/dark which was dangerous! Especially if you have camping neighbors/friends who drink a little OR you have energetic kids! This cable will reflect at least 80 feet away. Now we can quickly identify "our” tent with…

neon yellow light (as promised); Reflective elements do not overload

I was looking for a colorful cord with reflective properties to be able to see it at night in low light conditions (made a traditional braid to make a loop to check if my gate in the fence remains closed - the dog is safe inside). The loop stays outside in the elements. This may not be the most common usage. So please read this review in the back of your mind. However, the neon yellow cord is very striking. I was able to make a tight and flexible braid to use as above. I tied the ends together…
