Great Lighting for My Aquarium!

This bulb provides bright, crisp lighting that showcases my aquarium and makes my fish and plants look their best. It's also long-lasting and energy-efficient, which means it's a cost-effective choice for pet owners who want to keep their tanks well-lit. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey compared to some other pet supplies on the market, but I feel that the quality justifies the cost.

Pros
  • Produces a bright and vibrant light that enhances the color and growth of aquatic plants
Cons
  • May require more frequent replacement due to a shorter lifespan compared to LED bulbs

I love the color of this pear

I love the color of this pear! It's actually not blue. Brilliantly brings out the blues in your fish though. These bulbs burn out about every 6 months, but I'm pretty sure HO bulbs do.

Pros
  • Ideal for freshwater, marine and planted aquariums, corals and invertebrates
Cons
  • Compatibility

Short Life Aquarium Lights

Broke at first but easy to replace. The light was wonderful. Has the pool lit really well, BUT the bulbs have only lasted 8 months. My pears have lasted for years. I have two lightbulbs in my aquarium and both of them burned out within two weeks.

Pros
  • Dimensions: Length: 85cm (34") x Diameter: 16mm (5/8")
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
