Used broken drone with hair stuck in it

I finally registered the drone as a gift for my son. He was excited and hyped all day to get it. Finally he arrived at 8pm. Opened but there is no cable for charging. Then I put batteries in the controller and it turned on and didn't fly. Looking at the drone, one of the propellers is full of long hair, so the propeller doesn't even spin. We have a used drone! I'm not happy with that.

Excellent customer service

I bought four hand-powered drones for my nephews and niece (6-10 years old) as Christmas gifts and they loved it! They ran them around the house and yard and they did a great job. A month later I found out that one of them was defective (maybe the sensors?) so I contacted BOMPOW and they immediately replaced it. The other three are still strong. Excellent customer service so I will definitely buy from them again.

UPDATES: The company contacted me and replaced the drone at no charge. You couldn't ask for better service! Very satisfied πŸ˜€ My kids liked this drone! Until we went to go and my kid realized it was on and gave him a little toss and then poof! FLIGHT! He circled the house for 6 or 7 minutes. As he flew outside I watched him fly avoiding anything that might knock him over for AT LEAST 11 minutes. Straight across a 20 acre pasture until it was out of sight. It says not to play outside so stick…
