Useless Charger for Outdoors

This charger claims to be perfect for outdoor use, but it couldn't even power up my phone after a full day in the sun. THANKS to my knowledge gained in practice I knew this was a piece of garbage .The only pro is that it's compact, but that doesn't matter when it can't do its job. Don't waste your money on this useless device..

Solar panel not working

Fan works when I connect USB to another battery source. It doesn't work with solar panel connection. Very disappointing.
