This is a well made quality doll that seems to last for years. We have used it as an illustration of the transforming work that God does in those who follow Him. Initially, the pupa was a bit stiff to work with, but quickly softened for the transformation from caterpillar to pupa and butterfly. This will help fold the wings into the wider part of the pupa when wrapping the butterfly. It also helps to zip up until you're ready to unzip each piece.
