I've used this a few times and it's worked fine, although sometimes the seal isn't perfect on every 'bag' they make and after a few weeks/months it doesn't a vacuum left. Pocket. It doesn't seem much more cost effective (to me) than just buying decent ziplock freezer bags when they're on sale. Regular zip-loc bags freeze well and keep in the freezer for several months without sticking.

I don't know why they asked me to rate the suction but these are food economy packs. So if you use the right machine for this, they're great. Every home should have one. The best thing about this particular package is that it is the best value for money I have found in these bags. PeriodUpdate June 2020. Price has doubled, that's not the best value. However, a good find of the product would never recommend buying it at this $70 price point.

They're just great. once i get home with the meat i break it up into individual portions, vacuum seal it, seal it in these bags, date and mark the contents of the bags and freeze it, i thaw as needed and the food stays as fresh as it was frost at the moment. I think it will save me money and as long as I believe in it I will continue to do so

Hey, if you want meat to stay fresh but freezer space is a problem. Buy your own groceries, you won't regret it unless you need a professional vacuum sealer. Not only does it help with all of this and save money on wasted groceries and the like, it's just amazing to play with vacuum bottles to see what happens to different foods. I love them! I usually check here or at Costco to see where it's best. This time I bought it it was here at Revain. I love my Food Keeper (I have 2 now) and love how food stays so fresh in these pouches! I love the convenience of pre-made ones, but I also love making my own with a roller. I cut and use the pouches again and again until they get too small, then seal the edge and cut off the top and now use the tiny pouch for something else. I try to use them as often as possible. These bags work great! We're retired, so we monitor our pennies carefully. I used to store my leftovers by putting them in ziplock bags or wrapping them in plastic wrap, only to throw them out after a week. We now use these bags along with our sealant (can't remember the brand name), put the product name and date on these bags and place them in our 7 cu ft freezer.
