I love that I can swim continuously in the regular backyard pool. No more searching for an Olympic size pool, traveling to another facility, etc. I can swim in an aquarium practically forever! Love it!

I really like using the belt/leash/leash to learn to swim. I wish it had come with instructions, not sure if I'm plugging it in correctly but it definitely works. I've used it 8-10 times and I feel like I'm getting a good workout.

Comfortable harness, the leash works. It's very long but doubling creates too much resistance so I tied one end to a pole and the resistance works for me. It doesn't feel like swimming, but for indoor pools it helps. I've found that the tension pulling you back seems to drop my legs a bit too, so I use a swim boy to help stay more horizontal.

Install your own wall hook high enough to have at least a foot between the tether and the edge of your pool or patio because if the cord rubs on the rim it will tear off at some point and you shouldn't stretch too quickly like jumping into the pool or something. If your pant size is over $38, I don't think this belt will fit you. Overall I am happy with this tool. I was able to easily crop and adjust it for my application and now I can swim comfortably for about an hour.

Use in an above ground pool during the coronavirus lockdown. It took my daughter and I a lot of trial and error to find the right length. The 4m long cable is VERY flexible. It really doesn't need to be more than a meter in length when attached to the edge of the pool. Better than no exercise at all. A good product. One of the reasons I bought the FOOING harness was because I needed a bigger harness. XXL harness (46 inches) available. for $10 by clicking the link in the description, however it was not clear if the tether came with the XXL harness. I was disappointed when it arrived and it had a smaller (41 inch) strap. There aren't really many swim lines for big waist swimmers so it's great that they have a 46 inch harness. However, there is a star deduction for the fact that the belt size is not specified

The Swim Belt is easy to use and comfortable. The strap is made of a material similar to that of a wetsuit. That's settled. It fits my daughter who is a size 0, me and even my husband who wears a men's size large. The blue bungee is thicker than the yellow bungee also sold (we have both) which creates more drag.
