Description of FOOTMASTER GD 120S BLK Aluminum Leveling Mounting

Patent protected anti-vibration axles, ratcheting mechanisms and hardened steel raceway sleeve. Cast aluminum body with a powder coat finish in ivory or black. Custom colors are available for the complete caster. 3 different manufacture drawings available upon request to FootMaster. GD/SGDN models feature manual thumb wheel and/or nut for open-ended wrench. GDR models feature a built-in ratcheting system. User has up to 5/8" of leveling adjustment depending on model. This caster comes standard with an aluminum pad and a nylon 6 wheel. Optional urethane on aluminum wheel is available.

Excellent Casters for Heavy Loads

These leveling mounting casters have exceeded my expectations for their durability and strength .The aluminum design is lightweight yet tough, making them perfect for industrial and scientific use. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I was able to easily install them to my project and they have been performing flawlessly ever since. The adjustable leveling feature is also a huge plus. The only downside is the initial cost, but it's worth it for the quality. Overall, i highly recommend…

Used to mobilize Enco's vertical mill.

First I mounted the windmill on some regular wheels that weighed more than twice the weight of the mill. The mounting bolts were bent and the entire construction could tip over. These wheels cost more each than the casters I had at the mill, but they were worth every penny. Not only are they more than strong enough, but they snap properly thanks to the large base (the hex at the top of the assembly in the photo). You can also level the grinder.
