Looks exactly like the pictures. The front was a bit tricky to put on, but after some effort I got it right. I haven't taken it out since I bought it and it's holding up great.

This is a good item except it is too long for your tragus and the floral thread is weakened. In fact, I just lost the top of the flower because it messed up and fell out, so now I need to buy something new, and I haven't had it all that long!
