Great replacement! for Generators and Alternators

My original alternator failed after 120,000 miles on my 2012 GT Mustang. That's a lot considering you get a NEW alternator, belt, pulley and idler pulley with the kit. Don't even bother with remanufactured parts from the parts store.

Definitely worth it

If you're trading a Coyote for something that has never had an alternator, or are simply trading it in for a 2011 and later model, this is for you. You can't beat the price of an OEM replacement that is not only BRAND NEW but comes with ALL parts, tensioner, pulley and BELTS. Buy it. zero regrets.

Great Product - Alternators & Alternators

This installation went almost perfectly except I forgot to remove the intake manifold from the front of the radiator mounting plate. Don't make this mistake. Pushing a new alternator through this piece of plastic proves very difficult, if not impossible, using only a flathead screwdriver to pry the 4 retaining tabs and remove this chamber. After that, sailing went smoothly. The kit arrived with no problems, works perfectly. It's a fairly economical upgrade that's worth every penny.
