I like how simple it makes content creation, organization & collaboration very easy for anyone within your team! The UI could be more intuitive though - maybe even give you some "out of box" options? Maybe that's just me being picky but i do think there are better solutions out their as well if they chose not take this one (we actually had another product in mind before we came across them). I like how quickly they are able to respond, their customer service team always responds very fast with any question or problem you may have! The software has made our life so much easier as we now don't need multiple people copying files into different folders every time something needs inputting in an event file (as before).
