Surprised at ease-of-use for conducting quick employee engagement programs

I like how easy it was to create my first survey using Form. My employees loved being able to see their progress as they filled out surveys! There were not many options available when designing our first survey but we have since improved this by adding more fields and customizing layouts. We are currently looking into expanding our program to include other areas of our organization such as marketing campaigns and customer service. A benefit would be if there were some way to track responses…

  • Ability for multiple users (in separate locations) at once, with access only granted after completing training course.
  • Great support team helped resolve issues quickly without having me call them directly

Great for creating and managing online questionnaires

It has all the functionality we need including user authentication, dynamic fields, multiple views of one survey, etc. There are also additional modules available which allow customization such as question banks so it's easy to get started but not limited by what they offer out-of-the box. I would like more flexibility in customizing surveys (like having different questions depending upon whether someone answers yes/no, selects 1, 2, 3, 4) instead of being forced into using prewritten ones…

Very User Friendly - Our Customers Love Using Them

Form.com has been very easy to implement and very user friendly. It's intuitive and easy to navigate. I dislike that the form builder does not support all of the elements we need. For example, there are no dropdown menus as part of the form builder. We have had to create custom fields that look like drop down menus but they don't actually contain drop downs. This is a minor issue but it would be nice if it were possible to have those types of options available. There really isn't anything I…
