Great software for customer management & service software!

It is great that we have been given so many options for this software, which makes it easy as well! We are able see how each option can fit into what type of organization or needs/wants from their clients in one package without having several different packages installed at once like other companies do when they give you more than 1 piece (but less then 5). The price point could be better though but I understand why its priced where because there isn't much competition out here yet if any…

  • Its very user friendly with basic functions built right intot he system to get started quickly while also allowing advanced functionality should anyone require such things later down th road.Also lotsa choices available within same platform instead o separate ones needing multiple installations along side them..I think everyone would agree tho even newbies will find themselves easily learning

Excellent Business Management Software

I like that they have several different software products available for use, this enables us to pick one or two as needed in order to solve our customer's needs without being stuck purchasing unnecessary software licenses. The integration with Sage ERP makes our lives easier! They aren't very flexible and are expensive; but there is always something you need and can never get enough of it until the next time your client comes back saying they'd like more features/capabilities added. Great Experience with Excellent Customer Service

I like how easy it is for us customer service agents who are in multiple locations all over North America, but also need support from my team member at headquarters when needed!
