Fountain City, Inc. Review

The staff is very friendly & accommodating! They go above an beyond in helping us understand our needs as well taking care of any issues that may arise within my facility or their own business location so easily resolved - no question unanswered they are always willing to help without hesitation!! Honestly there isn't much I dislike about them besides maybe one thing which could be addressed but it's not really noticeable unless asked directly (maybe if we had more than 1 account manager)…

I have had excellent service from them for years! Their customer service is amazing - they are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers when needed! There's nothing that we dislike about this business. They're very professional in every way; great pricing, friendly staff, easy payment terms/methods, etc. The only thing I would like to see changed is perhaps an online scheduling system or maybe better employee training so there can be more consistency across all of our accounts.

I like that they have done an excellent job of keeping my home in top shape at all times. They are very friendly as well! The only thing is when we had to call for service it was hard getting through because there were so many people trying to talk. It would be nice if they could put up signs saying who should answer each phone line or something along those lines. I highly recommend them!
