Bought for our cross country trip. Snacks aside, this was my best purchase for the trip! 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we were all able to keep our phones charged and I was able to work on my laptop while sitting in the car as a passenger for over 20 hours.

Well, after the first inspection/use I thought I bought a really good inverter. It looks and feels like great quality. However, it broke on the 3rd use. It doesn't work, there is no blown fuse in the plugin, there is no blown fuse on my car. That little inverter crap just won't work.

Foval had another inverter, mostly metal - solidly mounted. This one is mostly plastic but still looks well constructed. It has an on/off switch which I like. The other (inverter with a socket) stays on all the time. It also has a "smart fan" that turns on only when needed. The only outlet has a very quiet fan that runs all the time. So far I'm impressed with the features and overall build quality. However, I haven't really used it.

Works and runs quieter than other similar devices. I sent it back because of the narrow sockets and the USB port arrangement. It takes a good push to plug in (I've tried several) and a decent pull while holding the device to unplug them. This may suit your use case, but I wanted to use foam tape to secure it in place.
