The best socks! for men

I love these socks. I have pairs that I have worn every day for almost a decade and unfortunately they are completely worn out. I will continue to wear these socks because they are so good. They wick moisture away from your feet like you won't believe. I got. My feet are wet and the socks protect your feet from the water.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Great socks in the clothing category

These socks are very comfortable and well made. I have large calves so finding socks over my calves that stay in place and don't pinch my feet is a challenge. These socks are perfect for that purpose. Good compression ratio without being too tight. Good padding at the instep and thin enough over the ankle to be worn comfortably with cowboy boots. They stay in place and don't clump. Excellent product, I will order more.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Slightly torn

One of the best socks

These socks are durable and comfortable. They fit well. I used to always buy cheaper socks and just thought my socks were stiff. My military friend introduced me to Fox River. I was shocked at the price (these aren't the most expensive socks) but bought a pair to try. Since then I've replaced all my old socks with Fox River Fatigue Fighter Over Calf Socks. I quote fatigue fighters because I had a pair of other socks from them and didn't like them.

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • Some little things

Poor quality and indifference Fox River sock

I used to swear by these socks. Have used them for years and on missions, always with great results. Very comfortable and durable. This current pair began to unravel after the second wash. I contacted Fox River and they were indifferent as I didn't buy directly from them. Here is the pride in craftsmanship and the guarantee of high quality. I'm more disappointed with their reaction than the sock (which could be a 'one off' manufacturing defect). In the future I will look for another sock for…

I wish I had bought them sooner.

Never used compression stockings, they work great! I confidently wear slip-on boots, which I have rarely been able or dared to wear for more than a year. I have expensive Georgia Boot mud boots, easy-pull European military over-the-knee boots for old fat guys with flat feet. Good work boots in the $200 range with years of use for men who can no longer wear wellies due to decades on their feet and flat feet. While they are on sale I've ordered 8 pairs this week alone, I want a pair for every day

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Like an old trusted friend

I had some of these when I was in the army in 2013. I stopped buying them when I left the army and started wearing UA socks which were great for a crane operator. Fast forward to when I became a linear manipulator apprentice and tried to figure out why the heck my ankles, feet, knees and back were killing me the way they used to. this can not be true. I bought eight pairs of these. Today I put on a set and man I completely forgot how cool they are. Much more comfortable, much less irritation…

BEST FULL LENGTH!// Mid-calf toe sucks.

I've worn these socks on several tours in Afghanistan and they are the only ones that stand up to all conditions and don't cause blisters. I also wore them in the US for a few days, moving cross country and crossing water without getting blisters. If I know my feet are going to get wet or I'm running more than 8 miles, I wear a cheap pair of classic socks underneath. full length foxes of the rivers. I'd bet my life on these socks, but full calf socks only. The half socks they make really suck…

Amazing even if you're not in the military

Now I'm an armed guard who spends hours roaming the concrete and gravel. I'm officially "old" now too. And a diabetic. I thought socks were socks and bought them in a trash can. The socks turned out very chic. This set, when you look at it, has several areas that are intertwined in different ways. Where my feet and ankles flap is a bulging shin guard. Fingertips feel like spandex. The bottoms have an interesting, almost felt-like weave. These things are *expensive*. I assumed they wouldn't…

Buy calf socks Version

This is polyester, not polypropylene like calf socks. The difference between day and night as the nature of the material when using polyester proves to be abrasive. Another reason this sock turns out to be abrasive is because of the design, the design incorporates a knurled handle similar to that used on knives. This design consists of parallel lines that are located in the midfoot, and these parallel lines amplify the abrasion that the wearer is already experiencing from the polyester fibers…
