Very helpful for tracking sales and inventory

The program has some great features like being able to create specific rules (like only allow certain products into your stores). There are also lots of different reports you can generate which makes it easy when analyzing data points in order keep improving business practices/data analysis results! Some aspects could use improvement such as there was no way we were allowed access our customer accounts so now they have my login information stored somewhere else with all sortsa other info too…

Pros
  • I love having options for multiple store locations, creating special promotions that applies per location is something very valuable & convenient along side abilityto track product sales by category across various chain outlets..etc...all good stuffs indeed !
Cons
  • Customer account security measures do seem unbalanced somehow..it doesn't sound well integrated
