They were supposed to have a satin nickel finish but for me they were too shiny to be considered matte. I contacted the manufacturer to see if they sent me the wrong item. You didn't help. They asked me to send them photos of the bump, which I did with no response from them. So I sent the bars back and ordered something else. It's a shame because I really like the style
