It took only minutes of learning all about what you can do once your account gets set up properly (which isn't difficult at ALL). Some disadvantages I like how easy it was for us to navigate through their website and create an account as well as start building our list of clients. They were very helpful throughout the entire process; they answered all questions we had! The people are amazing as well; it makes me feel so good when customers come into my store or call saying they love how friendly our staff members were during their visit/call.
