Fredrix 5516 Stretched Canvas 16 Inch Review

This stretched canvas is a dream to work on. As an avid arts and crafts enthusiast, I have tried many canvases in the past, but this one is a true winner. The texture is perfect for oil paints, and the edges are firmly stapled to the back. The size is also perfect for my smaller projects. However, the price may be a little too steep for some. Overall, I highly recommend this canvas to any artist looking for high-quality materials.

The edges of the canvas are simply glued to the sides of a round faux wood board frame. round canvas, but only take it if you really need shape and don't know where else to go. It's stretched but the edges are taped which worries me, I would have preferred them stapled but hey that's a fair price for something you might need in a pinch.

I am happy with these round canvases, have been using them for a few years now. They are durable and don't seem to warp. The only ROUND canvases that seem to be made by this company are Fredrix and I'm grateful I was able to find them for the specific type of art I make. All round they are a good quality product.
