The jacket is great but the size is wrong. My son wears a size 6/7 shirt and this medium size (5/6) is still too big for him, it fits his older brother who wears a size 8 shirt. I order Small (4) hoping it works for him.

As mentioned in previous reviews, this jacket runs very large. My son is 5 and I bought a size 5/6 which will probably fit him when he is 7 or 8 years old. However, I rolled up my sleeves and put it on now and he thought it was great. It's big but the quality seems good and it's a cute jacket.

I ordered this for my 7 year old and was very disappointed that he wasn't able to keep it. What I got was a tall man. The description must be adapted to the product to avoid similar disappointments.

I read the reviews and ended up buying a size 7 coat for my kid who is a size 8 and I want one for next year. 7 is too big as expected but should be perfect next fall. Other than that, I love the coat and so does my baby. It feels very durable and my kid loved the extra pockets and soft interior.

Great jacket! My son is the same size 7-8 and had to return the Large-7 for the Medium 5-6 because the Large was gigantic. Wednesday is perfect!

Great jacket for the price. It's just a thick shell. Works great to put on a sweatshirt for my 5 year old son. I ordered size 4 and it fits him big but not too big. It's good to have long arms for children. It does seem to absorb a little water but my son hasn't complained about being cold. Fantastic for the price. I paid more for jackets that weren't as good.

I ordered one for my 5 year old boy (medium size 5/6). My wife just called me and said it's too big. She still wants to keep it for him when he is 8 or 9 years old :)

Great quality but my son swims in it. The sleeves are long, the body is large. But that just means we can get more than one season. And my son LOVES the coat no matter the size.

We love these coats. They are easy to wear and not hot in the car under the seat belts. I bought size 4 for my little 5 year old grandson. It's a bit small for it's size, everything fit well except the sleeves were a bit long but it was nice to just roll them up. I went to the stores for Christmas and couldn't find this type of jacket in department stores.

A little big but great for layering, great for rough and acrobatic jobs, got loads of compliments on the great style, my boy loves the bright yellow on the trim! Love it !

Excellent spring-autumn jacket but it was too big. My son is tall for his age and wears a size 5/6 with his regular clothes, we had to go back and got a small size 4 and it fits great. Just for reference, he is about 46 lbs 42 inches, the size chart says 5/6 medium, no way, he needs a size 4. Don't make the same mistake I did, size down when ordering.

This jacket is too big. I ordered size Large (7). This jacket was much larger than Little Boys 7. It looked more like a jacket for a 15 year old. Second, it says it's a "Hooded Coat". I wouldn't count that coat. It is nowhere near warm enough and has no padding to be a winter coat. At best, this is an autumn-spring jacket for 50-degree weather.
