Worked well for me at Power Drill Parts & Accessories

Bought to countersink four mounting holes in my homemade acrylic base plates for my router. my drill press. I also have a plywood circular jig and haven't had any problems with that either.

The cut is clean, the wood has not been burned.

Mounted on a drill press, this drill bit cuts through 1 1/2 inch thick cherry wood like butter. I pulled it out from time to time to remove the chips and it went through the other side with very few chips. The pay behind him eliminated that entirely. Super happy.

Sharp tool. for burs

This is the first Freud Forstner bur I have owned. I like it. The design of this drill is different in that its shank is not what you would expect from a typical Forstner bit. I have used this nozzle many times and it makes very clean and precise holes compatible with fine wood carving. I recommend this tact.
