Can not be washed off - more like wax crayons

I bought these for my quilting projects. BIG MISTAKE. These crayons are wax crayons that will NOT wash or wash off. Very dull and not suitable for making thin template lines when preparing a quilt for quilting.

Pros
  • understandable for old people
Cons
  • The list is long.

Disappointment. suitable for marking and search tools

I have just received my colored pencil order and am very disappointed. I bought them to mark duvets. I tested one and the label won't come off. You may have chalk, but too much wax. If you are looking for a quilt labeling product, don't buy it!

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Almost everything there

Got what I wanted to buy

I read the reviews and got what was described. They're soft, but I knew they were. I like the price and the many colors. I can mark different colors of fabric and see what I have marked. The lead can easily be increased by staying by my sewing machine while simply tearing off some paper.

Pros
  • looking forward to it
Cons
  • threadbare

Ideal for English paper binding

These pencils are excellent for English paper binding. While the lines may not rub off (I haven't tested that yet), the fabric is wrapped around the smaller paper so they won't be visible anyway. I loved the thick tips and variety of colors. Quality items for quilting and sewing on English paper.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things

But works fine. for marking and drawing tools

A sharp tip is essential for precise marking. These "chalk pencils" are reminiscent of the OLD look; You tear off a strip of paper to reveal the chalk. The chalk is easy to erase, gently touches the marks and disappears - very uncomfortable. All in all a good offer for beginners for the price. Real tailor's chalk works MUCH better!

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

These pencils do not have a chalk base for marking fabrics.

Product description is misleading, probably due to the translation from Chinese to English. Colored pencils have a waxy appearance, so marks on fabrics won't rub off or wash off with water. If you are a seamstress or quilter, these crayons will leave indelible marks or stains on your fabric. I haven't tested my marks with an iron, but I suspect the heat creates a more indelible mark. To be clear, this item is not tailor's chalk which can be easily rubbed off the fabric.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • No achievement
