Received as a gift. Batteries did not work right out of the box. Same problems as everyone else. Steady blue light, not charging, not heating. Disappointing for $60. I won't even bother with a warranty as another reviewer said they've been changed 3 times and all have the same issues.

Bought these for a 5 year old (child size 13) and a 7 year old (child size 2) who both weigh about 70 pounds. They are perfect for a 7 year old but a 5 year old is a little looser but can still wear his shoes and loves wearing them. Both say these socks are super comfortable. Happy with the purchase!

I ordered a pair of these socks saying they are big, men 13ft can barely fit in them and they don't even work. I sent the first pair back and got a replacement. The exchange doesn't work either! So expensive for a product that doesn't even work! Do not buy.

The first pair received is not charged, order a replacement, 1 pair is charged, the 3rd pair is sent free of charge! 6 socks and only 1 works! Garbage.

I'm not sure what's going on. When I first ordered one of the batteries wouldn't charge. I noticed a very small lightbulb that always hangs on the battery. Obviously defective. When ordering replacement and replacement, BOTH batteries are defective. I mean KMON. Garbage.

Don't be fooled, there are 15 reviews of them mentioning battery issues... I believe those are the only genuine reviews here. The rest even show the fruits of the loom. Fool me once, right? Well we returned them for a replacement. Neither of them worked. The sad thing is that my 8 year old daughter came up with the cute idea of getting my wife warm socks for Christmas. Now, in the second half of January, and on the second try, they still don't work. :(

Read other reviews, I'm not the only one (many of us seem to have been scammed this December). Batteries for HEATED SOCKS WILL NOT WORK. We thought our first pair might be defective so we exchanged them for a new pair - same problem. We charge them, try to use them and the power button just stays static purple/blue. The front 4 lights, which are supposed to be white, never come on and no matter how long or how many times we press the power button, nothing happens and the socks don't get hot…

They don't charge. I have a pair and the batteries are not charging. I changed them and same situation. I do not recommend. If I could give no stars I would!

Now in Washington -1 degrees. (12/20/22) As a woman, I like to be WARM! I work in a semi-heated storage container with uninsulated 32 degree steel floors. Socks are the perfect barrier between me and the ground. I set them on the lowest setting, which is perfect and very toasty. I think a higher setting would be too much! If I could give zero stars, I would. First, the reviews are clearly about a different product. The instructions state that when connected to the charger, 4 small white lights will light up and when it is fully charged they will all light up. None of these little bulbs ever worked and now I have 4 pairs of them. It says that after charging, you turn on the socks and select the heating level. Ordinary trash. Batteries will not charge out of the box and will not turn on. Ordered a replacement and had the exact same problem. I would not touch this brand with a 10ft pole again.

I've followed all the instructions and tried several known good USB power adapters (I'm a professional mechanic). IMHO, there is no real battery in their battery compartments! You ship a non-working product with total impunity!
