Description of Fuhuihe 100A MTTP Solar Charge Controller: Intelligent Regulator with LCD Display and Dual USB Port for Home, Industry, Commercial - Overcurrent Protection - Blue

MPPT solar charge controller MPPT10-60: Compared with normal solar charge controller, this MPPT controller could increase efficiency by 10%-30%. When the battery voltage is low, the controller will automatically cut off the load from the system. If the voltage of battery is back to normal and the load will restart working. This MPPT controller has perfect SOC function, control charge current, and supply power to the loads. Prevent the battery from over-charging , over-discharging and reverse charging to solar panels during nights. This controller can charge and discharge at the same time.

Not value for money in energy regulators

The entire negative contact on this solar panel item burned out just as my panels started putting out 25 amps which is a 100 amp charge regulator

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Minus present

USB ports not charging

USB ports are not generating enough current to charge my Samsung Galaxy S8+, the voltage jumps from 14.1 to 15.5 every second. I have a new hqst mono panel with 10 gauge wire and an Everstart Maxx 29DC. I need a charge controller to have USB charging ports.

Pros
  • Multiple competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Inexpensive 30Amp MPPT Solar Controller

I just connected this controller to my 200 watt Renogy solar system and am very happy with the results. I have two 100Ah lead acid batteries and this device helped me take them from 12.4VDC to 13.1VDC in just over an hour. The old PWN 30A controller would have taken at least three times as long.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Damaged

bought 2 just in case, the first took a week the other took 3 hours

I set the limit to 27V and it spontaneously rose to 31-38V at 10am causing the system to crash. Replaced it with a second one and it blew out within an hour. I don't live in the desert, I don't live anywhere that intensely, the controller is just cheaply made but I think you get what you pay for. 60 bucks down the drain.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Hold this manufacturer liable for waste production

I bought two of these to have a backup unit. None of the devices work properly, which very often causes the voltage to exceed 30V, causing the inverter to shut down and possibly damaging the batteries. The first photo shows a voltage of 29.5V, the second photo shows that the device is set to limit the voltage to 28.4V. The company that made them should be liquidated and boycotted for your own good.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged
