I was a little scared because my photos turned black as I saw in some reviews so I googled and they said it was "the kind "how you carry yourself". Camera". I shot the blacks horizontally with the camera, and shot those that worked vertically. I tried again and all the horizontal ones are black, but the vertical ones work. I thought it would help.

I like the camera but I didn't use it before the return deadline :( Every time I take a picture it turns black and I spent 10 on it , I thought it was me. I did something wrong, but it turned out that the shutters did not open. I want to get a new one! But I don't know who to contact.
