I just contacted FujiFilm customer service and they know their Instax cameras are massive but they don't want to do anything about it. I bought this camera a few years ago and loved it at work. Recently, new film cartridges are no longer recognized when inserted. I bought my goddaughter an ordinary Instax Mini, same story. Her mother's Instax Mini has the same unexplained glitch. That's 3/3. This is clearly a dishonest business.
