Not a bad product, if it works it works great. The problem is that the app used with the printer is bad. It keeps crashing when it's working, but unfortunately the app crashes a lot more often than expected. You have to close and reopen the app at least a couple of times before you can even get a print, and it takes the fun out of using the printer. I hope Google and Instax will make some fixes to the app to make it work better

I spent a couple of hours testing this cute little one as soon as I got it. Print quality results are mixed, but overall the convenience and customization factor drew me to this printer. Also, I had specific Polaroid frames in mind, so I decided to shell out the extra money for this printer instead of the Zink Polaroid printer. However, I am very happy with the results. LOVE the idea of the Instax camera but HATE the lack of control over image quality. This printer completely solves that problem AND has some nice bonuses! I have three children and will be in 6th grade this year. I am deeply passionate about the VSCO girls and boys movement and Instax is a big part of it. Since the printer had only positive reviews before buying it, it's entirely possible that I received a rare defective product. Following the instructions, I loaded the film and made sure the yellow marks lined up. However, the first one that comes out always sticks and pops out and has to be pulled out with difficulty. I would try to print after the first one and nothing comes out. I get an error saying I should check the film but I can't because if I open the printer and don't use all the film
