Great kitchen utensil

Love it! I just add a tablespoon of dish soap to the base. I get wet with a wet sponge because I have to wash the dishes. After a week, clean the base and spring system with warm water and start again. I use less dish soap and it's very convenient.

Same as Grove: Sponges

Same as Grove except the eco-friendly walnut sponge is not included and costs a little more. Boyfriend likes it compared to dishwashing brushes, sponges clean much better. I'm not the type to reuse sponges or washcloths without washing them, but it seems to work well for him. I just have to steal the sponge and replace it more often than he knows :-)

Not So Useful: Cleaning Tools

Aesthetically pleasing but not as useful as I was hoping! The sponge doesn't pick up enough suds to really clean the dishes. I like a lot more foam when washing. However, if you only pre-rinse to put them in the dishwasher, that will do! When washing dishes by hand, I always need a drop of dishwashing liquid. Also, it doesn't matter how much soap you add to your dishes, the goal of it all is to use less soap. I'm mad at myself for paying $20 for this, but I kept it as a place to dry my sponge…

I LOVE this item - Sponges

I love this product. This is the only one of its kind that I have been able to find since leaving my family home. My mum had one of these for years and I thought it would be ok to have in the kitchen but turns out it wasn't - it's unique but a must see if you ask me. You save detergent, no more pouring soap when washing dishes and the white ceramic base looks so clean and pretty next to the sink. The feather under the gray platform can come out easily, so if you wash it regularly instead of…
