Unreliable and Overpriced Tape Measure

Based on our own experience using this industrial and scientific measuring tool, we found it to be highly inaccurate and frustrating to use. The numbers on the tape measure are not clearly marked, making it difficult to read the measurements. The only positive was the sturdy design, but for the high price, we expected much better quality. We would not recommend this product for anyone in need of precise dimensional measurement.

Pros
  • Sturdy and durable construction
Cons
  • Lack of standout compared to other tape measures in its class

Good to have - Measuring and marking tools

DRAT! I needed one that was 35 feet. But I brought this one (which is a size 33 and 1/2 foot. But it's still fine, works and looks very good.

Pros
  • Measuring and marking tools
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Nice and wide, good value for money but low power consumption

Overall it's ok as you get what it says on the tin. The blade is wide so it doesn't bend easily, the markings are clear etc. HOWEVER she cannot retract the blade. If I pull it out more than 8-10 feet I need help to push the blade back in. If I keep pulling it, it may take a few jolts. It's not a problem for me, I use it as "just in case". tool, BUT if you need it for work, please consider this shortcoming before purchasing.

Pros
  • Tools and household goods
Cons
  • Not sure
