I wear a size 12 but because I have very high arches I usually order a size 13 to give my feet room to move around to fit in. But these shoes were hopeless. Even with the 13th, I couldn't even get to the front straps, which by the way aren't adjustable. The images you see of velcro straps on the arches and toes give the illusion that you can adjust the straps on high arches, but you can't.
