After trying this tool, I must say it is a game-changer for all home and kitchen chefs out there. The only con is that it can be quite pricey, but with the quality you're getting, it's definitely worth the investment.

It cuts. Like all knives, it is very sharp if you just hold it in your hand. But I don't like the clutch. Due to the shape of the handle, it rotates when placed on the counter, which poses a safety hazard.

I prefer one knife for everything I do in the kitchen at the moment. Big enough for meat and thin enough for small tasks like peeling/chopping garlic. Very sharp.
