If these shelves were $7 I would get what I paid for but since they cost more than $20 they are overpriced! Because they are color reversible, the screw holes are exposed on either side of the finished product. Colored and white stickers are supplied to cover the screws which is a temporary and inexpensive solution to cover them. I bought 2 sets of these shelves (paid over $40 for both) to put in my closet so I don't care about the visible screws but regret spending so much money on these…

Let me start my review by using it as a shoe rack (have you seen the real shoe rack prices?! Wow). So I'm renovating this children's bookshelf. It looks really cute, but it turned out to be a bit more difficult to assemble than other reviewers. The back is thin cardboard and it seemed to me that nailing the back wasn't that easy. I ordered two pink bookshelves and I love them! It's worth it! It's not too big and not too small! Ideal for small spaces! I'm not done organizing my bookshelves yet, sorry for the mess. The only thing I did differently was I took the back panels that came with the bookshelves to mount them on the backs of the drawers and put them on top instead and a small "hallway" style table I just put light on stuff as the back panels are a bit cracked but that doesn't really bother me.
