Great furniture repair kit!

I am very satisfied with this furniture repair kit! I had a few different color scuffs and scratches on my furniture and I was able to color match and mix them and now you can hardly tell the difference. Highly recommended for people who want to clean or repair scratches on furniture.

Mix colors if needed to get desired color

You can't tell a cat scratched my robe after using the pens. I had to use two different colors to get the right cherry/espresso color for my robe. I used a lighter pencil first, wiped it off and went over it a second time with a pencil about 2 shades darker to blend properly as they are waxy. No more scratches after the second mix.

Low quality retouch kit

This product looks good as advertised. But when I got the right color I didn't even have a marker. It was just a hollow tube with nothing in it. Colors don't mix well and don't dry as quickly as advertised. All in all, this product is of very low quality. It is better to buy a more expensive kit. If you want good results.

The cherry repair marker in this pack is perfect for my cherry wood furniture

Bought this set to see if I can cover up scratches on some furniture and some laminate floors. The cherry marker was perfect for my cherry wood furniture. Incredible difference between before and after. Tried a mix of markers to match the laminate. I used my finger to blend the colors into some areas of the tree where the match wasn't perfect. Great renovation for the price.

  • Marker Stain dissolves in alcohol. Excess stains can be easily removed. So use a marker to restore the color and then lightly wipe the repaired area with an alcohol pad to remove the excess surface stain but leave the stain in the scratch that is beneath the surface.

Good color choice.

I bought a very expensive picture frame and it was shelved while I ordered a double mat for it. I wasn't paying attention and accidentally kicked him. It struck a furniture leg, leaving a 1 inch scratch on the front edge. This is a unique wood finish. I was able to use three of the included pens to get near perfect color matching. If you look closely at the frame you will notice the repair. Once it's on the wall I guarantee you'll never know I damaged it.
