    Terrible Product - Outerwear

    Terrible. I have ordered three. One came with no button to attach the pouf. One had a severe dislocation in the center/top of the head. And the clips don't hold tight. The return of all three. Basically broken.

    loosen pom poms lol.

    I love my new hat, I was surprised the pom poms where they are removable were a nice surprise so I can do this without ruining them. Also very warm. I will definitely buy again in a different color.

    BEWARE POM POM EARS DETACHABLE

    To be honest I had to read the reviews to see that the "ears" are removable (sigh), the hat is too big and if the Pom poms are attached they don't go sideways shown...definitely don't recommend this brand...will be back

    Terrible = Pom poms fall sideways and look ridiculous

    Pom poms are too heavy and fall sideways and not on the hat like in the picture. The pompoms are detachable and snap-on, but when I take them off the silver snaps on the hat are clearly visible.

    Good quality, comfortable and cute hat

    I returned it because it was bigger than I thought and the 'pink' was not the same as the picture. seemed more subdued or mauve. The hat itself seemed well made, thick and comfortable. I love that the pompoms are removable. A good product just didn't work for the person I had in mind.

    The cutest of hats and caps

    This hat is bigger than it looks. I usually have problems because the hats are too small, but as you can see in the picture I still have room on the top of my head. Still very cute, wish they had a cream hat with gray bobbles. Will definitely use it. Also, it's warm here, believe me the weather in Alaska can be harsh. I love my hats to cover my ears and sit pretty low on my head and that's it!

    Not quite like the picture!

    It's a really nice hat but it doesn't fit at all. When worn like this, the bobbles fall off the back of the hat like sad little furs. 😭 However, after figuring out how to make pom poms like in the picture, I like it much more. The secret is to fold and sew the fabric between the rivets. There is so much fabric in there that you have to have a football sized head to fit like the picture. The colors are cute and warm though! Will definitely be wearing this winter!

    Bought this hat for my upcoming ski/mountain trip and it's the cutest thing ever! I don't know if I just have a tiny head or something (don't think so, also I have very thick hair) but I'm confused by those who say it fits the small size. I still have room at the top while the bottom part is right above my brows which in turn causes the pom poms to hang off the hat a bit more than I would like instead of sitting right on top of my head as shown in the model image.
