The best part about fuseIQ was their customer service department. They were always willing to go above and beyond for our customers - not just once but twice! Sometimes we had issues with projects that weren't theirs so they would jump in and find solutions within minutes or hours instead of days/weeks like other companies did. I like being able to do my work from home as well! It's very easy for me since there are so many people who can help with issues that come up - if you have time they will try their best to answer your questions in real life or via phone/skype etc and make sure it gets resolved quickly!!
