The best part about fuseIQ was their customer service department. They were always willing to go above and beyond for our customers - not just once but twice! Sometimes we had issues with projects that weren't theirs so they would jump in and find solutions within minutes or hours instead of days/weeks like other companies did. We are doing business with them again now because of this. There really wasn't anything I disliked as much as there seemed to be nothing I liked. Be prepared to commit fully when working with these guys! Great team who cares very deeply about your success. Our site has been up since April 2018 but still getting new users everyday. It's nice having something out there that brings people together and allows us to have conversations. Also helps keep our brand relevant.
