    Connection cable not working

    The battery and connection cable don't go well together. We had to secure the cable with tape to make it work. I ordered it last week with one day delivery and only received it 5 days later. I am returning the item.

    The product didn't work and when they replaced it I got an inflatable pool float?

    Original product arrived on time - lasted less than 10 days - I asked for a replacement and they sent an inflatable paddling pool, no replacement laptop charger? How does this happen? Now they want to refund me $3.79 instead of the $50 I originally paid.

    Distorts monitor image

    I bought this adapter to replace the native monitor on my son's computer. Upon hooking it up, I immediately noticed an image distortion band on the monitor, moving from bottom to top and then reappearing at the bottom. After a while, I noticed that a similar distortion, albeit less intense, was appearing on the other monitor. I replaced the adapter with another one available and the distortion completely went away. Without a doubt, this adapter is the cause of the observed distortions.

    My home office has been a godsend during the pandemic and recently my favorite 25 inch monitor died. I assumed everything was fried, but a friend suggested I try replacing the power cord before throwing it all in the e-waste. I ordered on Saturday, it arrived on Monday and it worked great and fit my monitor perfectly. Now I have a home office again and spent $11. A very happy customer!
