Both sticks worked great. I've had issues ordering RAM in the past where one stick worked and the other was bad. This often resulted in you having to return both flash drives and waiting for new storage to arrive, leaving you without a working machine. I took the plunge and ordered all 16GB at once and I'm glad I did because I saved some money and got 2 great units that work like a champ!

If you want to take full advantage of an old PC (I have a z77 Extreme4MB with an LGA 1155 Intel processor) then RAM performance is a very good choice . This RAM frequency is 1866 Hz, but if you keep your BIOS default it will only run at 1600. So make sure you adjust the RAM settings in your BIOS to run at 1866 (or 1867, depending depending on what it says) and change the clock to 133 Hz i.e. 133.33333 x 14. Great job on the fitment. But it's not really 1866MHz RAM. The way I got it at 1866Mhz you need to change the xmp profile in the bios and you're done. Update 6 months later one of the sticks failed. I am sending it back for repair. I've been trying to install the Oculus Rift software for at least two days. I think that was the reason for the route.

The product corresponds to the description. Works as described and had no problems. Just preparing for shipment can take a week or more. I would complain about that, but I also don't like being unrealistic. I lowered the price because the first set I found a few months ago was about $40 cheaper. To be fair they are probably no longer made and are a great solution for decent quality RAM.
