great product

We've spent a lot of time making sure the plumbing and fittings hold air. In the end, the old overhead lines were used to keep the system at 85 psi. The fit was perfect, the shock absorbers work exactly as shown. I would suggest that you hang the old lines for a few days to ensure the new lines hold air. I'm still getting 5 stars because I think I have faulty air ducts, things happen.

  • Everything is fine!

Not Fit 2012 Suburban

The information on the window said these shocks would fit a 2012 Suburban. They will not. I sent them back and ordered a new set for my car. They sent me the same shock absorbers again and of course they didn't fit again. As a result, I had to pay the freight twice. I bought another brand from my local parts store and they fit. Don't fall into this trap.

Check if they fit!

Here's the thing. When I ordered them Revain said they would fit my car. (1998 Oldsmobile Aurora) Well, we found out pretty quickly that's actually not the case. Okay, they would have if Gabriel had put the right hardware in (a slotted pin that goes through the bottom that matches the top). I had already painted them red and removed the other shock absorbers so we took a flashlight and cut out the pin, burned through the rubber and reused it from the old shock absorbers, put them in and they…

Poor quality control

I think these are the best air shocks money can buy and they are better than the Monroe but. Airbag quality control is very poor. I ordered three sets before being hit by an airbag, which moved up and down smoothly under my own weight alone and didn't make a loud popping noise when inflating. I also got a shock with a bent air port on the side of the shock. The packaging is not very good and makes the faucet prone to damage in transit. The only reasons I chose Gabriel over Monroes are the…
