Efficient and user friendly medical record storage

I like that it's cloud-based, so there is no hassle of moving files around physically or having to purchase equipment for file storage. The support team also seems very quick in responding back with resolution suggestions - always nice! Sometimes you can get an answer from one person but not others within your group as quickly (sometimes even hours apart). This has been fixed by assigning more people directly instead of waiting until someone comes up next available. We are able to store…

Great solution For Remote Business Owners

It's not very intuitive, I found it quite confusing as to how certain things should be done at first but once i got through that process everything was fine. Very happy with my decision in choosing this program for our organization! We love being able use cloud service so much easier than paper filing method of keeping documents up front now we are constantly reminded if its lost or misplaced when using those methods - no more worry!! Great product - especially if using cloud storage

It's very easy to use, has great tools for tracking projects, and it works well for our organization and its specific needs. While there are several other competitors out there, none of them compare in terms of ease of use or price. The only downside I have with this system is how outdated some of the features are.
