High quality stainless steel, used on my bike. Very secure fit - works like a regular cable tie and adjusts almost as tight (but cannot achieve maximum crimping effect as with a plastic tie). Never mind, my application didn't need a blood seal. I will definitely use again, the manufacturer did a good job.

This turned out to be one of the best products I've bought from Revain in a while. I needed to put some heat shields on my car's engine and couldn't find the stainless steel zip ties. Revan to the rescue! The product is self-locking or lockable, however I cut off the excess length with a special cutter and folded the small excess back onto myself so that no one would cut themselves. Love it!

Stainless steel cable ties have many desirable uses and should last a long time. The only problem with this brand/design is that once tightened it will move from its fixed position and thus remain loose. This design only works with the friction created by the strut moving from its original cocked position. It is necessary to change the design with the tabs on the metal band so that it snaps in the exact position you snapped it.
